What are the office hours?

CMS is managed remotely. Call 707-405-3747 and leave a message, we will return calls within 24 hours. For immediate assistance, text 707.972.1330.

What are the access hours?

Winter Hours: November- March, 8 AM- 5 PM

Summer Hours: April - October, 7 AM- 8 PM

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit/credit card or your checking account. You can also mail your check or money order payment to PO Box 2165, Ukiah, CA 95482.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

What security features do you offer?

We offer 24-hour video surveillance as well as full-perimeter fencing.
